Title Page

The first page of the manuscript should include:

• The title of the paper written in Title Case and Bold

• The names of the authors in UPPER CASE (font size 12)

• The name and address of the institution(s), linked to the authors using superscripts

• An asterisk (*) after the corresponding author’s name

The corresponding author should clearly mention:

• email address

• contact number

• fax number (if applicable)

The corresponding author must also ensure that all co-authors have read and approved the final version of the manuscript.

Abstract

The abstract should appear on the second page and must be written as a single paragraph. It should briefly describe:

• the objective of the study

• the methods used

• key findings

• main conclusion

Do not include abbreviations, figures, or references in the abstract.

Keywords

Provide 3–6 keywords immediately after the abstract, indicating the main topics covered in the paper.

Introduction

The introduction should explain the purpose of the study, background information, and how it relates to earlier research. Only include information that is necessary to understand the work.

Materials and Methods

This section should describe the study in enough detail so that other researchers can repeat the work. Include:

• materials and samples used

• equipment and instruments

• chemicals and their sources

• full experimental procedures

If any tables or figures are reproduced or adapted from another source, permission must be obtained and proper credit must be given.

Results and Discussion

Present the results clearly and concisely. Authors may combine Results and Discussion or present them separately.

• Tables and figures should help explain the results

• Interpretations should be logical and supported by data

• Compare findings with previously published work where relevant

Insert tables, graphs, and figures at appropriate positions in the text. Each must include:

• a figure/table number

• a title

• a short descriptive caption

All labels must be in editable text format, not embedded in the image.

Colour figures should be clear and of high quality. Additional charges may apply for colour printing, which will be informed upon acceptance.

Acknowledgements (if applicable)

Place acknowledgements before the reference section. This section may include funding support, technical help, or other contributions that do not qualify for authorship.

References

References should be numbered in the order in which they appear in the text and cited using superscript numbers.

Format:
